Global Full Panaromic

It offers spectacular views for both players and spectators, indoors and outdoors.

It is suitable for all kinds of environments and venues and offers full panoramic views

Features :

Padel field fences are manufactured from electro galvanised profile with WELDING ROBOT and coated with static paint. Fences have a self-supporting structure.

 

All materials comply with the International Padel Federation.

 

The colour can be chosen by the customer.

We also use the following tools to create the padel court:
Laser: Parts are laser cut and machined with high precision.

 

ROBOTIC WELDING: This guarantees the quality of the weld and prevents oxidation of the pores.

Global Panaromic

The Global Padel pitch has a beckoning design while offering maximum visibility, setting high quality standards in the game.

Features :

  • Padel field fences are manufactured from 80x40x2mm electro galvanised profile with WELDING ROBOT and coated with static paint.
  • Fences have a self-supporting structure.
  • All materials comply with the International Padel Federation.

Global Classic

The classic and most economical, the Global Classic court is ideal for the entire international market, easy to install and low maintenance. A premium model with high quality materials.

  • Profiles are made of electro galvanised steel, coated with static paint in accordance with technical rules.
  • All materials comply with the International Padel Federation.
  • The frames supporting the glass and the base of the columns are fixed with 10mm iron sheet and the floor is fixed with steel dowels.

Global Dynamic

Developed in co-operation with Global Padel and Ice Bussines, the field is a model without drilling the ground and without using anchors.

Features :

  • Profiles are made of electro galvanised steel, coated with static paint in accordance with technical rules.
  • All materials comply with the International Padel Federation.
  • The frames supporting the glass and the base of the columns are fixed to the FLOOR SHEETS with 10mm iron sheet.
    THANKS TO THE GROUND SHEETS, THE GROUND IS NOT DRILLED AND STEEL DOWELS ARE NOT USED.

Tempered Glass

10 or 12mm tempered glass mounted on 5mm EPDM rubber to reduce vibration and breakage.

 

Advantages of Tempered Glass:

 

  • Ability to withstand tensile stress. Higher resistance than annealed glass.
  • In the event of breakage, tempered glass breaks into small pieces in such a way that normal glass does not cause serious cuts or lacerations that can result from the sharp edges of small pieces of glass.
  • These characteristics make tempered glass a good choice in terms of safety.
  • Tempered glass has four times the mechanical strength of normal glass.

LED Lighting

LED lighting consists of 8 spotlights of 200w and is specially designed for our padel courts.

We comply with the UNE EN 12193 ‘Lighting of Sports Facilities’ standard.

 

Advantages of LED floodlights for padel courts:

 

  • In contrast to conventional halogen headlights, the floodlights switch on instantly. This allows players to make the most of their time on the court without waiting for maximum brightness to be reached.
  • Low heat emission. Highly recommended also for indoor padel courts due to its small size.
  • Energy saving. Our LED floodlights save up to 65% energy compared to conventional halogen lamps.
